摘　　要：沸腾干燥设备中粉体的不安全因素主要有静电的产生和粉尘的爆炸。从静电产生与粉尘爆炸的成因分析,探讨了沸腾干燥设备不安全因素的影响。针对沸腾干燥设备的防爆安全性提出相应预防措施,如采用防静电纤维制捕集袋、采用导体材料作送风管、定期清扫管道及捕集袋粉尘、电器采用防爆装置等,以实现沸腾干燥设备的安全、稳定运行。The major dangerous factors of the bulk material in the boiling/drying apparatuses lies in the presence of static electricity and dust explosion.The causes of the static electricity and dust explosion were analyzed and the dangerous impacts to be caused from boiling/drying apparatuses were discussed.Furthermore,preventive measures against the likely hazards of explosion(e.g.fiber-made antistatic bags for capturing dust,air ducts made of conductor,routine cleaning of the pipes and the dust capturing bags and...
