摘　　要：目的以羟丙甲纤维素为主要材料,制备巴洛沙星缓释片。方法通过正交设计巴洛沙星缓释片的处方,测其释放度。结果所制缓释片优选处方在2、6、10 h时,体外累计释放量分别为36.66%、68.22%、>90%。结论正交设计优选巴洛沙星的处方可行,所制缓释片的外形美观、可满足体外释放的要求。OBJECTIVE To prepare Balofloxacin extended-release tablets using HPMC as material.METHODS The optimal formulation of Balofloxacion extended-release tablets was obtained by orthogonal design.The drug release was determined according to the method specified in the Chinese Phamacopoeia(2005).RESULTS The drug release in vitro of the optimal formulation of Balofloxacion extended-release tablets was 36.66% within 2 h,68.22% within 6 h and over 90% within 10 h.CONCLUSION The formulation of Balofloxacion extended-r...
