摘　　要：对雷达海尖峰进行了重新定义,使用短时傅里叶变换、平滑伪维格纳分布以及平滑内维格纳分布的重排形式3种工具分析了IPIX雷达杂波数据的单个距离分辨单元内海尖峰与时频分布之间的关系。研究表明,伴随海尖峰的发生,杂波对应的时频能量分布也较强。The Radar sea spike is redefined in this paper and the short-time Fourier transform( STFT),smooth-pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution(SPWVD)and reassigned SPWVD( RSPWVD)are used to analyze the relationship between the sea spike in a single resolution unit and the time-frequency distribution of the IPIX radar clutter data.The instantaneous Doppler fre- quency of sea clutter is studied using the max post-energy principle.The results show that,with the sea spike appearing,the time- frequency distribution of the c...
