摘　　要：利用大型有限元软件MSC.MARC建立了直径为550 mm的7050铝合金大铸锭的半连续铸造热-力耦合有限元模型,考虑了凝固时结晶潜热的影响,给出了半连铸过程复杂的边界条件,分别对不同铸造速度和铸造温度下的温度场、应力场进行了模拟分析。结果表明:半连续铸造过程中,铝圆锭外层受压应力、心部受拉应力;铸造速度对应力影响较大;提高铸造速度与铸造温度使铝锭产生裂纹的倾向性增大。The large-scale finite element software MSC.MARC was used to build the coupled thermal-stress FE model of the semi-continuous casting process of 7050 aluminum ingot with the diameter of 550 mm.This model also took account of the latent heat in solidification process and defined the complicated boundary conditions in the semi-continuous casting process.The temperature field and stress field were simulated at different casting speeds and casting temperatures respectively.The results show that in the semi-cont...
