摘 要:通过用四种不同聚晶立方氮化硼(PCBN)复合刀具切削等温淬火球墨铸铁(ADI)进行切削力试验,得出了不同刀具切削力、摩擦力以及摩擦因数随切削速度的变化曲线。结果表明:立方氮化硼含量较低的PCBN复合刀具的摩擦力和摩擦因数均小于立方氮化硼含量高的刀具;陶瓷型粘结剂复合刀具的摩擦力和摩擦因数小于金属型粘结剂复合刀具,并且粘结剂中大量铝的存在会使刀具摩擦力和摩擦因数随切削速度的增大而不断增大,不利于等温淬火球墨铸铁的切削。Four kinds of polycrystalline cubic boron nitride(PCBN) compact tools were used to cut the austempered ductile iron(ADI) in the experiment for the purpose of getting the curves of cutting force,friction force and friction coefficient with the change of cutting speed.The results indicated that the friction force and friction coefficient of low-content CBN compact were smaller than those of high-content CBN compact and those of the ceramic binder compact were smaller than those of the metallic binder compact....
