摘　　要：民办高校应用型人才培养需要应用型教师队伍作为保障。本文提出了兼职教师在应用性人才培养中的作用,分析当前民办高校兼职教师队伍不足及原因,最终构建出适合应用型人才培养的兼职教师制度。in order to culture practicable talented persons,private universities need practicable teachers as the necessary conditions.The paper points out the function of part-time teachers in this respect,analyzes the reasons for the insufficient part-time teachers,and build the part-time teacher system adequate for culturing practicable talented persons.
