对高校就业信息网建设问题的分析及建议——以北京城市学院就业网为例

摘　　要：高校就业信息网日益成为各高校毕业生就业服务工作的重要载体和平台。本文以北京城市学院就业网为例,以该校学生、教师和来校招聘企业为调查对象,采用抽样问卷调查法和深度访谈法,对网站职能、网站内容等若干方面进行分析。研究发现该就业网基本受到调查对象的认可与肯定,但在实用性、功能等方面仍存在一定的问题。笔者从做好就业网站宣传规划、加强就业信息建设等方面对学校就业网建设提出了建议。College admission webs are becoming an important platform for graduates.Taking Beijing city university as the case,the study makes an analysis on the views of students,teachers and staff from recruiting companies on the functions,contents,appearances and so on by adopting the methods of sample survey and depth interview.The study finds the subjects have a positive attitude toward the building of the web while there are still some disadvantages in the design of function and content.The authors give advice to...
