摘　　要：进化规划算法是一个对优化解反复迭代的过程。将进化规划算法应用在电路故障诊断上鲜有阐述。应用进化规划算法对实际电路板硬件进行最优测试集的生成设计。Evolutionary Programming algorithm is an optimal solution repeatedly iterative process.Evolutionary programming algorithm is seldom explained in the application of circuit fault diagnosis.In this paper,the design of optimal test set based on evolutionary programming algorithm is applied on the actual circuit board hardware.
