摘　　要：根据武器装备研制项目风险的内涵及特点,建立武器装备研制项目风险评估模型,运用风险矩阵和网络层次分析法(ANP)对武器装备型号研制项目风险评估模型进行分析,通过算例验证了模型的可行性,提出武器装备研制项目风险评估的新方法,为武器装备研制项目风险管理提供参考。The paper analyzes the meaning and characteristic of the risk for the project of weapon research,and then establishes the risk assessment model for project of weapon research,analyzes the model by the risk matrix and ANP,gives an example to validate feasibility of the model,a new method for the risk assessment for project of weapon research was presented,which provides the reference for the risk management for the project of weapon research.
