摘　　要：目的优选党参炔苷的提取工艺。方法比较煎煮法、乙醇回流法、渗滤法,应用正交试验筛选党参炔苷的提取工艺,以提取液中党参炔苷的含量作为评价指标。结果最佳提取方法为渗漉法,加100 ml 65%乙醇浸泡48 h后渗滤,流速为9 m.lmin-1。结论优选得到的工艺简便易行,稳定性好。OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of lobetyolin in Radix Codonopsis.METHODS Several extraction processes were used,including decocting method,the refluxing method and percolation method.The optimum extraction was investigated by orthogonal test.Lobetyolin was determined by HPLC.RESULTS The optimum extraction conditions were 100 ml 65% ethanol,soaking for 48 h and the percolated(9 ml·min-1).CONCLUSION The optimized process is simple,stable and efficient.
