摘　　要：目的研究胡颓子叶的化学成分。方法乙醇提取,柱层析分离。结果从胡颓子Elaeagnus pungensThunb.叶的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到了4个化合物,经波谱分析,其结构分别鉴定为山萘酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ)、山萘酚-3-β-D-(6″-对羟基桂皮酰基)葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)、L-2-O-甲基-手-肌醇(Ⅲ)和连翘苷(Ⅳ)。结论化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE Study on the chemical constituents of the leaves of Elaeagnus pungens Thunb.METHODS Extracted by ethanol and separated by repeated silica gel column chromatography.RESULTS The ethyl acetate was separated by repeated silica gel column chromatography to afford four compounds.On the basis of spectroscopic analysis and comparison with the reported data,they were identified as kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅰ),kaempferol 3-O-β-D-6″-p-hydroxycoumaroylglucoside(Ⅱ),L-2-O-methyl chiro-insitol(Ⅲ) and phillyri...
