摘　　要：目的:探讨供应室不同的包装材料采用不同包装方式的物品灭菌后有效保存期(针对一次性无纺布、全棉布)。方法:采用A、B、C、D四种包装方式、高压灭菌后存放在供应室的库房(清洁区),分别于每周或每二周送检、监测,时间一年。结果:A组无菌有效期4周,B组有效期21周,C组存放52周仍无细菌生长,D组有效期20周。结论:通过对物品有效期的质控管理,选择相适应的包装方式,减少重复消毒和物品的损耗,以节省人力、物力资源,降低医疗成本。Objective: To investigate the expiry date after sterilizing articles packed by the different packed materials and different method in the supply department(one-off non-woven fabrics,full cotton).Methods: The sterilizing articles packed after autoclaving sterilization preserved in the supply department by 4 different methods(A,B,C and D group) were monitored with one year in 1 week,2 weeks respectively.Results: The axenic periods of the sterile materials in the supply department preserved was four weeks in A...
