摘　　要：针对我国瓦斯突出特征参数确定中存在的主要问题,通过实测和分析,阐述了瓦斯突出强度的计量原则,提出突出煤岩量的计算方法,介绍了突出发生后的瓦斯涌出规律,提出瓦斯涌出量的计算方法。为统一和规范煤与瓦斯突出特征参数提供了技术途径,为煤矿突出后的现场勘查、资料记录与分析和突出矿井的鉴定提供了参考。In allusion to the main problems existing in the gas outburst features and parameters setting in China, the paper stated the calculation principle of the gas outburst intensity and provided the calculation methods of the coal and rock outburst intensity with the site measurements and analysis.The paper introduced the gas emission law after the gas outburst occurred and provided the calculation method of the gas emission content.The paper provided the technical access to generalize and standardize the coal a...
