摘　　要：针对信息资源共享中的利益平衡问题,在分析信息资源共享的合理性及其利益冲突实质的基础上,将CC模式作为一种利益平衡机制应用于信息资源共享的利益平衡处理中进行探讨。对CC的产生发展情况、其应用背景和平衡功能的体现及国内外的应用现状进行介绍,并重点论证和展望其在信息资源共享利益平衡中的实施,以期在信息资源共享实践与研究中得到关注和推广。In order to slove the interest balance problem in information resources sharing ,this paper analyzes the rationality of information resources sharing, proposes the essential conflict of interest in the information resources sharing activity, and referres creative commons as an interest balance mechanism to apply to information resources sharing and solve the conflict problem.
