摘　　要：采用文献资料法就学校体育设施对外开放进行立法的可行性、积极意义、国内外立法现状等问题进行了研究,认为就学校体育设施对外开放进行立法是新时期《体育法》的必然历史使命,并提出了相应的立法建议。By using the methods of documentary,this paper research the feasibility,positive meaning,the legislation state of foreign and domestic on the opening of the school sports facilities.It thought that legislation for the opening of the school sports facilities was the duty of sports law in new time,and put forward some relative leislation addvices.
