竞技体育举国体制改革的“拐角理论”

摘　　要：以竞技体育举国体制为研究对象,发现影响我国竞技体育举国体制改革发展和制约因素为:政治经济体制改革的不断深入,国民经济持续、快速健康发展,我国竞技体育自身发展态势需要高水平体育队伍管理主体的多元化发展,世界竞技体育的发展潮流,运行数十年竞技体育体制的强大惯性,现行竞技体育体制既得利益集团转变观念的难度,以及社会力量尚不足以支撑整个国家竞技体育发展等。通过对这些因素分析,提出我国竞技体育举国体制改革的拐点理论,试图为这种渐进式改革奠定一定的理论基础。With the subject of "Country System" of competitive sports,this paper probes into factors that influence and restrict the reform and development of "Country System" of competitive sports.The factors include the deepening of political and economical reform,sustainable,rapid,coordinated and healthy development of the national economy,the need of diversified development of team management by self-development of competitive sports,the great inertia of competitive sports systems run for couples of years,troubles...
