摘　　要：在只计相邻发光单元间互耦合及单元自耦合的近似下,根据外腔锁相半导体激光器列阵(LDA)满足的耦合矩阵方程,求得了外腔锁相LDA的超模和阈值条件,并对外腔锁相LDA作了一般性的分析。解析证明了阈值最低的模要么是基超模要么是高阶超模,推导并说明了存在一些分立的外腔长度范围可以使其运行于基超模或最高阶超模。For a diode laser array(LDA) phase locked in an external cavity(EC), based on the diffraction coupling between the nearest neighbor emitters,analytical solutions have been derived from the coupling matrix equation,and a universal discussion has been made on the phase locked LDA.It can be analytically proved that the favored mode of the LDA is either the lowest or highest order super mode and there exists some isolated EC lengths favoring the lowest order or highest order super modes by expressed coupling parameters by module and argument.
