巢湖市中学体育教育现状调查分析及对策研究

摘　　要：中学体育既是学校体育的重要组成部分,又是全民健身运动及竞技体育的基础。通过对巢湖市中学体育教师的男、女教师比例、年龄、学历层次、职称结构、场地器材情况、授课内容、体育课及课外体育活动情况的调查指出:巢湖市中学体育中还存在着女教师比例较小;学历和职称结构城乡发展不均衡;场地器材缺乏;授课内容体系还与新《课标》的要求有一定的差距;体育课虽然比较正常,但课外体育活动情况不理想等问题。由此提出若干条对策性建议。The PE of middle schools is not only an important part of sports at schools but also the basis of nationwide healthful exercise and athletic sports.After surveying the proportion of men PE teachers to women ones,age,educational background,professional title,equipment,teaching and sports after school in the middle schools of Chaohu,we find some problems: the women teachers account for only a small percentage;the development structures of the educational background and the professional title are not well-balanced between the city and the countryside;equipment is lacking;the teaching system doesn't meet the demands of the new 'curriculum criterion';PE lessons are usually normal,but sports after school are not quite satisfying.Therefore,some suggestions are made here.
