论普通高等学校体育教师应具备的素质

摘　　要：运用文献资料法,对普通高等学校体育教师应具备的素质进行分析研究,并提出普通高等学校体育教师应具备:高尚的思想道德素质;广博而扎实的科学文化知识素质;强健的身体素质和全面的能力素质。This study is an attempt to analyse and study the necessary qualities for a P.E.teacher in the qeneral.Institution of higher education,conducted with the method of the document.The paper,on the basis of the investigation,three factors should be stressed intensively:the noble ideological and moral quality,the solid mastery of wide knowledge and the strong and healthy body.Above all,the overall ability will improve the efficiency of teaching and learning.
