摘　　要：[目的]总结国产自体2000型血液回收机回输自体血的临床效果和经验。[方法]用国产自体2000型血液回收机对255例患者进行术中自体血回输,并在术后1d,术后1周进行血常规及血液生化检验,观察其体温及恢复情况。[结果]255例患者回输血总量达287171mL,平均每例1126mL。术后化验指标均达正常水平。[结论]国产自体2000型血液回收机回输自体血能有效减少术中血液的丢失,降低输血的并发症,是一种简便、经济、实用、安全的节约用血方法。[Objective]To summarize the clinical experience of auto-transfusion with domestic JINGJING ZITI 2000. [Methods]In 255 patients auto-transfusion with domestic JINGJING ZITI 2000 had been used during operation. Blood routine and biochemical tests were taken one day and one week postoperation, while changes of body temperature and general conditions were recorded. [Results]As a whole 287,171 mL self-blood were obtained, on average 1,126 mL per person. The lab tests after operation were all normal and no side effect was found.[Conclusion]Auto-transfusion with domestic JINGJING ZITI 2000 is efficient in reducing the perioperative blood loss and complications of transfusion. It is an economic and useful blood salvage method.
