摘 要:汽水分离装置是核电站蒸汽发生器净化蒸汽的重要部件,其性能不仅会影响蒸汽发生器的上筒体尺寸、水循环性能及水位的稳定性,而且还会影响汽轮机的正常运行。由于波形板内的两相流动过程很复杂,目前国外对汽水分离器的研究仍以实验为主。本文则针对冷态条件下新型波形板汽水分离器的分离性能进行了试验研究,验证了二次携带现象的存在,并测量了双钩波形板汽水分离器的分离效率和压降,分析了挡板对分离效率的影响,获得了计算双钩波形板分离效率的经验公式,为波形板分离器的优化设计奠定了基础。Steam-water separator is an important component of steam generator in the nuclear power plant for removing water. Not only the size of upper vessel, capability of water circulation and the stability of water level but also the function of steam turbine are influenced by its performance. Due to the complexity of two phase flow in corrugated plates, the research on steam separation system in steam generator is carried out mainly in the way of experiments. The experimental research of a new corrugated plate separator under the condition of cold state is carried out in this paper. The phenomenon of reentrainment is validated. The separating efficiency and pressure reduction of corrugated plate separator with two scoops are measured and the influence on separating efficiency of baffle is analyzed. The experiential expression calculated for separating efficiency is obtained. The experimental research can used for the optimizing design of corrugated plate separator.
