摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术的手术方法及优越性.方法对18例用电视腹腔镜技术行精索静脉高位结扎术病例进行回顾性分析总结.结果18例均顺利完成手术,手术时间25～60min,平均30min,出血量＜10mL,住院天数3～6d.随访3个月无复发.结论腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张,手术时间短、创伤小、恢复快,可同时处理双侧病变,为治疗该病的首选方法.Objective To evaluate the clinical technique and advantage of laparoscopic varicocelectomy.Methods Eighteen patients with spermatic varicocele were treated by video laparoscopic,and analyzed retrospectively.Results All the 18 operations were performed successfully.The operation time was 25～60 min(mean 30 min),and the bleeding was less than 10ml during operation.The postoperative hospital stay was 3～6 days,and no recurrence cases were found during the time of follow up(3～5 months).Conclusions Laparoscopic high ligation for varicocele offers minimal intervention,good cosmetic results and satisfactory effects, especially suitable for bilateral varicocele.
