摘　　要：采用自行设计的体内照射光动力疗法,应用酶联免疫检测法检测光动力作用前后转基因鼠血 液中乙肝表面抗原的含量。实验表明转基因鼠血液中表面抗原的数量有不同程度的下降,从而证明血液照 射光动力疗法对血液中乙肝病毒具有灭活作用。The effect on hepatitis B virus in blood of mice by photodynamic therapy (PDT) is discussed. The content of HBsAg in blood by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ) is compared with the method of irradiating on blood of mice by PDT. The results show that the content of HBsAg declines in various degrees and it can be concluded that inactiving HBV in blood by PDT may be realized.
