强直性脊柱炎患者HLA-B27抗原表达与骨损害关系的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨HLA-B27表达与强直性脊柱炎患者骨代谢功能损伤的关系。方法检测HLA-B27不同型别的强直性脊柱炎患者和对照群体骨代谢功能指标。结果研究显示各组间各项指标存在着不同程度的统计学差异,具体表现为CK检测水平B27+AS>B27-AS和B27-对照(P<0.05),而B27+AS和B27-对照之间无显著差异(P>0.05);AKP检测水平B27+AS>B27-AS>B27+对照和B27-对照(P<0.05),而B27+对照和B27对照之间无显著差异(P>0.05);CT检测水平B27+AS>B27-AS>B27+对照>B27-对照(P<0.05)BGP检测水平B27+AS>B27-AS>B27+对照>B27-对照(P<0.01)。结论强直性脊柱炎患者HLA-B27的表达与骨质损害具有一定的关联性,为临床深入研究提供了有益的线索。Objective To discuss relationship between HLA-B27 expression and damage of bony metabolic function in ankylosing spondylitis.Methods Indexes of bony metabolic function were detected in different patients of ankylosing spondylitis and controls.Results There was statistical difference in each index among groups, B27+AS>B27-AS and B27-control in CK(P<0.05);B27+AS>B27-AS>B27+ control and B27-control in AKP(P<0.05);B27+AS>B27-AS>B27+ control>B27-control in CT(P<0.05):B27+AS>B27-AS>B27-control>B27-control in BGP (P<0.01).Conclusion The study shows relationship between expression of HLA-B27 and bone damage in ankylosing spondylitis and provide beneficial clues for further research in clinic.
