谈高等院校教师应具备的现代教育技术的素质与能力

摘　　要：一支现代化的教师队伍是实现教育现代化的关键因素。一名高等院校的教师除应具备相关的专业知识和水平、教学能力、教学方法、教学技能之外,还应掌握现代教育技术的基本理论,具备现代教育技术媒体操作与使用的能力、教学软件和多媒体课件的制作能力、网络教育资源的加工与应用能力。这是高等院校现代化教师队伍建设中一个应当引起重视的问题。A modernized contingent of teaching stuff is a one of the important keys to the realization of educational modernization. Apart from related professional knowledge and level, teaching ability, teaching methods and teaching techniques, a college teacher should master some basic theories of modern educational technology, has the ability of operating and using the technological media of modern education, the ability of making teaching software and multi-media courseware, and the ability of processing and applying the network educational resources. This is a problem that should be paid attention to in building a modernized contingent of teaching stuff in colleges and universities.
