摘　　要：明晰产权关系是深化改革的需要,也是办好教育和完善校办产业管理体制的需要,并且提出了理顺产权关系的理论依据和必要性,以及校办产业产权关系的核心内容与可采取的措施。The authors thought that straightening out relation between property and right could be deepened reform,run well educating,perfect management system of the university-run industries. The thesis put forward the theoretical foundation and necessity of straightening out the relation between property and right.
