摘　　要：科技园起源于大学,经历了起步、发展、低潮阶段、高速发展阶段。大多数的科技园具备良好的区位优势、灵活的创新模式、充足的人力和技术资源以及宽松的创业氛围,成为世界科技与高新技术产业发展的源泉,并形成了多种管理模式。大学对科技园的发展具有重大作用。The Scien-tech garden originated from some colleges,it had gone through the stages of starting,developing,low tide and rapid developing. Most Scien-tech gardens possess the good region advantages,politic innovative mode,sufficient manpower,technological resource,and free atmosphere of development. It is become the sources of development of science and technology and new high-tech industry around the world,has formed many kinds of management modes.
