摘  要:“供需见面,双向选择”的就业模式将毕业生推向了就业市场,激烈的市场竞争需要有良好的择业心理素质。高校毕业生就业工作者应充分了解毕业生的择业心理,引导他们在择业过程中提高自己的认知能力,确立自己的社会价值和职业目标,免受不良的择业心理因素的影响,知已知彼,运筹帷幄,最终找到最适合自己的职业和岗位。Large numbers of graduates are directed to employment market by rule of th e supply and the demand meeting and making choices between e ach other,and well mental quality is essential for the graduates to manip ulate in furious competition.Mentors of emp loyment in universities should have enough understanding of graduates' criteria for choosing jobs so that they can offer c orresponding instructions.Under t he instructions the graduates will i mprove their perceiving ability,establish their social value and make their occupation goal clearer,and avoid influence of ill factors.So they will finally succee d in applying for jobs because of true opinions and adequate preparations.
