摘　　要：本文从高校图书馆资源建设的定位、资源建设的设计和资源建设的实施三个方面,论述高校图书馆资源建设应紧紧围绕学校学科特色开展工作,逐步形成自身馆藏特色,建设特色化的文献信息资源体系,真正实现图书馆为教学科研服务的目标。the paper discusses how to construct the library collections in accordance with the features of institutions from three sides of resources construct : orientation,design and implement. optimize the structure of library collections,make up its own special features step by step and achieve the goal of serving for teaching and researching indeed.
