摘　　要：本研究是在第一报的基础上,通过对扩繁的隐性白表型慢羽公鸡79R与快羽母鸡560 只进行基因测交试验,结果从中发现并选出24只基因型为纯合慢羽的公鸡。从而以此为基础,建立起以24只公鸡与11％只母鸡组成的隐性白一世代纯合慢羽系,并形成了拥有1600只核心群和6000 只育种群的隐性白二世代纯合慢羽系,为育成隐性白慢羽系和羽速自剐雌雄系奠定了基础。This study,on the basis of the first testing paper, selected pure slow-feathering male chicken by crossbreeding test on slow-feathering male chickens (79)and fast-feathering female chickens (560). so we seted up a pure slow-feathering system of recessive white feather chicken ( male 24 and female 1196), and formed a second generation of the pure slow-feathering system. All those laid the foundation of auto-sexing line of recessive white feather chicken.
