摘  要:针对中厚板控制冷却过程中由于喷水冷却造成钢板变形的现象,采用有限元分析方法,对钢板三维温度场进行了数值模拟,得到了钢板在水冷条件下的温度时间历程曲线及瞬态温度场的分布,为中厚板控制冷却的温度预测和控制提供了依据,为制定合理的控冷工艺提供了有力的指导作用。In allusion to the phenomena that spray cooling brings about uneven deformation in the process of controlled-cooling on plate.Finite element analysis was adopted in the paper with numerical dynamic simulation of the three-dimension temperature field.The variation curves of temperature vs time and distribution of transient temperature field of plate were obtained,which provides the criterion for the forecast and control of temperature's change during the controlled cooling and powerful guidance effect for establishing logical controlled cooling technology.
