摘　　要：提出了用于评价灌区灌溉管理质量的8个指标,应用主成分分析原理建立了灌区灌溉管理质量评价的综合指标-综合主成分,并提出了综合主成分的评价标准,能较全面地反映灌区灌溉管理状况、较好地描述灌区灌溉管理水平,具有实用性和可操作性。This paper puts forward eight indexes for evaluating irrigation management level of irrigation areas, and sets up the comprehensive index, Comprehensive Principal Component, concerning the indexes with the basic principle of Principal Component Analysis. Furthermore, it deduces an evaluating criterion of the Comprehensive Principal Component, which is practical and feasible, reflecting the performance of irrigation management, (picturing) the level of irrigation management.
