摘　　要：论述了土地经济系数的设置意义和确定目标,针对土地经济系数宏观分区计算,分析比较了逐级计算法、相关计算法、区划采样法和统计指标法四种思路及其数学处理方法,并通过实际计算进行了验证。为农用地分等成果的土地经济系数平衡汇总提供了依据。The significance and purpose of land economic coefficient are expounded in this paper. In accordance with macroscopical zoning method for calculating the coefficient, four methods of gradual calculation, correlation calculation, zonal sampling and statistics indices are compared and their mathematic disposal methods are also proposed. And they are validated in practical calculation. These results will provide grounds for balance and conformity of land economic coefficient.
