摘　　要：介绍了天津市无缝钢管厂依据锻造热处理工艺理论,进行工艺模拟试验,在现有的热轧管生产线上实施在线调质热处理工艺,生产高钢级无缝钢管。实践证明,利用轧后余热对钢管进行在线水淬,工艺合理,加工成本低,产品具有较强的市场竞争力。According to forging heat treatment theory, the technological simulation test was made in Tianjin Seamless Steel Pipe Plant. The on- line quenching and tempering heat treatment technology is carried out on the current hot- rolled pipe production line and work out the seamless pipe of high grade steel. The practice has proved the steel pipe produced by on- line water quenching and tempering a rational technology with low cost and strong marketing competition.
