摘　　要：通过对产壳聚糖酶菌KJ0312群体形态包括菌落大小、颜色、质地等特征的观察,和个体形态包括菌丝、分生孢子梗、分生孢子等特征的研究,以及部分18srDNA序列的鉴定,初步确定产壳聚糖酶菌KJ0312的分类地位属于淡紫拟青霉。The position of a chitosanase-producing strain KJ0312 was determined as by observation of its features of group including the shape,color and texture of colony,and individual morphologies including hyopae,conidiophores,conidia and other features.The strain was determined by identification of 18srDNA sequence.The result showed this strainis Paecilomyces Lilacinus strain.
