摘 要:采用水培方法,研究镉对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长及其生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,镉对小麦种子萌发、芽和根的伸长产生抑制作用,随镉浓度的增加,幼苗叶片内的叶绿素含量、根系活力下降,丙二醛含量、保护酶活性、游离脯氨酸增加,生物量显著降低,株高分蘖减少,幼苗生长受到抑制。In recent decades,interest in detailed knowledge of the toxic effects of heavy metals,product of pollution,on plant growth and metabolism has grown.This information is needed for management of crops exposed to pollutants.Cadmium can be present in wastewater used for irrigation,and sewage sludge is applied on agricultural soils as fertilizer or soil amendments.To generate information on the physiological bases of toxicity caused by cadmium, the effect of its accumulation in wheat was evaluated.Treatments applied in a hydroponics system and a germination test were 0,5,10,20,40 mgCd·L^(-1). A germination test was evaluated in day 5 and 7 after treatment.Changes in growth and physiological and biochemical factors in day 14 after treatment were recorded.The results showed that cadmium limits seed germination,bud and root protraction.With the concentrauion of cadmium increasing,the chlorophyll content in seedling leaves and the root activity dropped,the content of MDA,free praline and protective enzyme activity increased,the biomass,the plant height and tiller number reduced.The results suggest that cadmium accumulation in the wheat plant limits the plant growth and development.
