摘  要:采用DNA损伤检测技术———单细胞凝胶电泳技术(SCGE,又名彗星试验)来检测复合微生态制剂对鱼类DNA的损伤,尝试利用鱼类的单细胞凝胶电泳技术来评价外来化学物质对水生生态环境的影响。试验结果表明,复合微生态制剂对鱼类的DNA没有明显的损伤作用,各试验浓度组与对照组相比没有显著性差异(P>0.05),复合微生态制剂对水体生态环境具有安全性。试验同时表明,鱼类肾细胞的DNA损伤可作为评价外来化学物质遗传毒性的生物标志物。The damage caused by the microorganism compounds to DNA of Carp^(')s kidney cells was estimated by using alkaline single cell gel electrophoresis assay(SCGE,namely comet assay).The method of SCGE of fish kidney cells was established to assess the risk of chemicals to the eco-environment.The results showed that the microorganism compounds didn't damage the DNA of the tested fishes.There were no significant differences of DNA damage between the tested groups and the negative control groups(P>0.05).So the microorganism compounds were safe to the aquatic ecosystems.The SCGE was a very sensitive method in determining the damage of DNA,and the damage of DNA could be considered as a biomarker in determining the environmental mutagens.
