摘 要:通过田间试验和气相色谱分析,研究了氧乐果在小麦不同部位的残留消解动态和最终残留量。结果表明,氧乐果在麦叶和麦穗中的消解动态没有明显差异,半衰期分别为1.8 d和2.1 d;在麦秆中消解较快,半衰期为1.3 d。最终残留量的测定结果表明,在正常使用条件下,无论是推荐药量还是2倍推荐药量,都会对小麦不同部位造成残毒污染,麦穗中最高残留量可达2.102 8 mg.kg-1,最低达0.060 8 mg.kg-1。In order to evaluate the safety of omethoate in wheat,a field experiment was conducted for revealing the residual dynamics and final residues of omethoate in different parts of wheat.The samples were triturated,extracted using dichloromethane,and determined with GC.The results showed that the dissipation rate was faster in straw than in lamina and ear,while,the residual dynamics had no evident difference between lamina and ear.The half-lives(T_(1/2)) in lamina,straw and ear were 1.8 d,1.3 d and 2.1 d,respectively.The final residues of omethoate were detected at the 7th and 14th day after the last application,when the wheat was sprayed two and three times with 40% EC dilution of 1∶1 000 and 1∶500,respectively.All the final residues is higher than the stand of MRL,the residues pollution was very serious,especially in the ear,in which the final residues is 0.060 8~2.102 8 mg·kg^(-1).
