摘  要:[目的]探讨获取所需最新和最需要护理知识和技术的最佳捷径,满足服务对象日益增高的健康需求。[方法]将护理知识和技术,采用一体化、人性化设计和高度智能化的程序处理,研制护理知识库软件系统。设实验组78名护理人员使用护理知识库软件系统获取规定的护理知识,而对照组72名护理人员设其他途径获取与实验组相同的护理知识,两组分别试用对照一年。[结果]两组从所提供获取知识途径中主动寻求知识的人数比较有统计学意义(χ2=18.00,P<0.01);两组用所提供获取知识的途径解决知识缺乏问题的情况比较有统计学意义;实验对照一年结束后,两组护理人员综合考试成绩比较有统计学意义(Uc=2.555,P<0.01)。[结论]护理知识库软件系统是护理人员身边虚拟的学校和图书馆,是广大护理人员迅速、准确、快捷、方便、灵活的获取所需最新和最需要的护理知识和技术的最佳途径,能满足服务对象日益增高的健康需求。Objective:To explore the best way to get the most required and the newest knowledge and technology about nursing care, in order to satisfy service acceptors' increasing health care demands.Method: To develop a nursing knowledge base software, a tool to disposal knowledge and technology of nursing care with integrated and humanistic designed high intelligence operational process.A total of 78 nursing staff of test group got information about nursing care with the software, while another 72 nursing staff as control got the same information by other ways. The experiment had lasted for one year for both groups. Results: There was a significant difference in the number of nursing staff actively acquiring for knowledge with the ways provided between two groups(χ~2=18.00,P<0.01).There was a significant difference in terms of ability to settle problems of knowledge deficiency with the offered methods between two groups. One year later,the result of comprehensive examination of nursing staff was also significantly different between the two groups(Uc=2.555,P<0.01).Conclusion: Nursing knowledge base software system is like a school and library for nursing staffs,the best way to get the newest and necessary knowledge and technology in a fast,accurate,shortcut, convenient and flexible way. It can meet to the needs of increasing health demands of most subjects of nursing service.
