摘　　要：针对我国商业银行目前存在的问题,运用平衡计分卡(BSC)的方法,将商业银行的长远战略目标和日常运作过程转化成为BSC上具体的评价指标,并运用权系数模型量化这些指标,旨在对我国商业银行的业绩进行量化评价.Aiming at the current situation of evaluation system of commercial band in china,using BSC method,the long-term strategic goals and daily operations of the commercial bank can be changed into concrete evaluation indices.Through quantifying these indices by using weight-factors model,the quantitative evaluation for commercial bank performance in China is carried out.
