十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠预处理对脱墨浆漂白的影响

摘　　要：研究了十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠(MADS)用于脱墨浆H2O2漂前预处理的效果,并与二乙烯三胺乙酸盐、乙二胺四乙酸盐、H2S04等预处理剂的预处理效果进行了比较。结果表明,MADS是一种优良的预处理剂。对新闻纸脱墨浆,MADS预处理的适宜条件为:MADS质量为新闻纸脱墨浆质量的0．6％,pH=10,温度45℃,时间 30 min,漂后白度增值可达4．6％ISO。This paper investigates the pretreatment with sodium dodecyldiphenyl ether sulfonate (MADS) prior to the H2O2 bleaching of deinked pulp in comparison with DTPA,EDTA and H2SO4 pretreatments. The results show that the optimal conditions of MADS pretreatment were use level of MADS 0. 6% of the mass of deinked pulp, pH=7, temperature 45℃and time 30 min. The brightness gain can reach about 4. 6% ISO for old newsprint deinked pulp. MADS as a very good pretreatment agent of deinked pulp bleaching is clearly proved.
