摘 要:利用Gemini表面活性剂分子聚集使联接链上生色基团吸光截面积增大的原理,发展了自吸收光谱测定水溶液中临界胶团浓度(CMC)的方法。实验测得C11pPHCNa水溶液(pH=12)的CMC值0.0891 mmol/L,与表面张力法测定的结果(CMC=0.0925 mmol/L)吻合。当这些分子聚集形成较完整胶团后造成联接链上生色基团的荧光猝灭,由此可测定形成较完整胶团的临界点(≈0.451 mmol/L)。When Gemini surfactant molecules with a chromophore in the spacer self-assemble to form micelles,the sectional area of absorptive molecule is obviously enlarged and thus the critical micelle concentration (CMC) can be determined by self-absorption spectroscopy. By this method,the CMC of C11pPHCNa in aqueous solution at pH = 12 was determined to be 0. 089 1 mmol/L that agrees quite well with the result(CMC =0.092 5 mmol/L) measured by surface tension technique. The molecules are packed together when micellar structure becomes completed, which results in the self-emission fluorescence quenching. Thus, the critical concentration characterizing completed micelle was determined by effective quenching of those chromophore resides in the spacer and this point was found to be 0. 451 mmol/L for C11pPHCNa in aqueous solution at pH = 12.
