摘  要:正确测量炮弹发射药装药高度是实现发射药紧塞具自动压入的前提,在分析紧塞具压入过程特点和要求的基础上提出了一种适用于防爆工作环境,以PLC为核心的由霍尔接近开关、脉冲编码器和磁粉制动器构成的基于压力控制的发射药装药高度测量系统。介绍了系统的工作原理、组成和器件选择原则。这一测量原理和方法也适用于对测量力有一定要求的其它场合。Measuring the height of shell propellant gun charging accurately is the basis of pressing the propellant sealing cover automatically.On the basis of requirement of the pressing process,a measurement system that was suit for explosion-proof surrounding was put forward.The system used PLC as core and was composed of hall proximity switch,pulse encoder and magnetic property brake.Principle of the measurement is pressure control.Compositions of the system were stated.Principle and method of the system are also suit for other similar circumstances which forces are measured and controlled with specific requirements.
