摘 要:对回转机械设备扭矩进行动态测量,可以实现工况实时监控。通过高频无线感应电源实现扭矩传感器非接触能量供给,测量信号通过V/F变换、调频后由发射天线从回转轴发射到地面,地面接收天线接收后对信号进行调解、F/V变换,测得回转轴上的扭矩值,实现扭矩的实时监测,为转轴动力监测智能化、自动化奠定了基础。By dynamic measuring the torque of the rotary machine, the work condition could be real time monitoring. Torque sensor's energy was non-contact supplied by high frequency wireless induction power supply. The measurement signal was transormed from voltage to frequency. After frequency modulation, the signal was emitted from rotating shift to ground by emission antenna. The signal was demodulated by the receiving antenna and transform from frequency to voltage. So the torque of the rotating shift was measured. The torque real time monitoring was realized. It provides a foundation for rotating shaft dynamic monitoring intelligence and automatization.
