摘  要:铁路货车轮对的轴承采用的是组合螺栓端盖压紧结构,该结构要求螺栓的装配必须安全准确可靠。为了保证货车的安全运行,研发一种高精度、智能化的螺栓拧紧装置就显得尤为重要。介绍了一种采用反射式激光传感器实现的光机电一体化货车车轮轴段螺栓自动定位技术的原理和实现方法。经实际运行实验证明,所实现的系统可靠性高,适应能力强,具有很强的实际应用价值。The implementation principle and method of automatic train wheel bolt detection that employs reflecting laser sensor are introduced. In the assembly of freight train wheels, bolts are assembled onto the axletree in-group with the bolt lid. In order to guarantee the safety of train running, the assembly of bolts must be much tight and reliable. It is very important to develop an automatic bolt assembly machine that can assembly the wheel bolts with highly precise torque controlling. A system that employs the proposed method is developed and used. Actual usage reveals that the developed system has the advantages of high reliability and strong anti-interference capability.
