摘  要:为了比较精确地计量原油储罐的动态油量,基于多传感器信息融合技术完成原油储罐油量计量系统的设计方案,建立了在线动态计量油量的数学模型。应用多传感器检测系统数据融合算法,实现原油储罐动态油量的实时计量。现场应用结果表明,提出的原油储罐检测系统方案和动态油量计量模型具有较高的精度和可靠性,能满足生产过程的要求,该方案可用于油田联合站和油库罐区动态油量的计量,并可应用于油田联合站自动化盘库系统。In order to accurately calculate dynamic oil quantity of crude oil tanks, a new computation scheme for dynamic oil quantity is developed based on the multi-sensor information fusion, and the mathematic models for calculating oil quantity on-line were established. The calculating dynamic oil quantity in real time can be realized using the data fusion algorithm in measurement system based on multi-sensor. The results via practical applications indicate that the measurement scheme and the computational model can achieve high precision and reliability, and satisfy the requirement of production process. The method may well be applied to calculating dynamic oil quantity of crude oil tanks in united station and the oil-stored tanks in oilfield, and adopted in automatic inventory systems in oil production fields.
