摘　　要：借助于虚拟仪器技术、超声检测技术、计算机接口技术、电子技术、信号处理等技术,成功地构建了一种性能价格比较高的超声检测虚拟仪器。该仪器由超声检测卡和超声检测虚拟仪器软件构成,其中超声检测卡的驱动程序是用WinDriver开发的,超声检测虚拟仪器应用软件是在LabWindows/CVI平台上开发的。该仪器实现了超声检测的数字化、可视化、人性化,为进一步实现超声检测图像化、智能化、自动化以及缺陷的定量和定性分析奠定了良好的基础。A type of ultrasonic-testing virtual instrument with high ratio of performance to cost is developed successfully by technologies of virtual instrument, ultrasonic-testing, computer interface,electronics, and digital signal processing etc. The instrument is composed of an ultrasonic-testing card and the ultrasonic virtual instrument software. The card's device driver programme and the instrument's appliance software are developed with the software of WinDriver and LabWindows/CVI. The digitization, visualization and humanization of ultrasonic-testing are realized, and a well foundation is established to realize the picturization, intelligentization, and automatization of ultrasonic-testing, as well as to quantificationally and qualitatively analyze defects.
