摘　　要：在明确底螺分解机工作要求的基础上,构建了以可编程控制器为测控核心,工控机为上位机的分布式测控系统。确定了测控系统的检测对象,针对开关量、数字量、模拟量,采用相应的检测方法,提出了测控系统的硬件配置方案。介绍了PLC程序设计的内容,以Windows98为平台,用Delphi7.0开发了上位机监控软件。On the basis of identified working requirement of base adapter dismantlement machine,a distribution measurement and control system was put forward,which PLC was used as core of system and IPC was used as supervisory control computer.Three types of signals including on-off signal,digital signal and analog signal were measured with corresponding sensors such as photoelectric switch,magnetic length measuring system and pressure sensor etc.The upper PC is programmed with Delphi7.0 based on Windows98.
