摘　　要：钢管管材长度的在线检测是实现热连轧的基础。介绍利用相关技术进行长度在线检测的原理和方法,详细分析了上下游传感器信号凝固、采样及渡越时间的确定等关键技术以及系统的测量误差。On line length measurement of steel tube is the key point for continuous rolling. It introduces the principle and method of on-line length measurement by using correlation technology, then analyses the important technologies and the measurement error in detail, such as freezing the upper and lower signals, sampling the signal, parametrizing the transit time.
