摘　　要：介绍了一种基于PLC的恒压供水系统的原理、方案和具体实现。使用PLC实现了系统的主要控制功能,使用De-viceNet进行其硬件连接以及网络组态;编写了系统程序,在使用Rockwell公司提供的RSTune在线调试软件进行在线调试,对调试的结果进行了分析,获得了最优PID整定参数,使系统较好地实现了预期的恒压控制。It presents the principle, scheme and realization of a constant pressure water supply system based on PLC. The main control function of the system has been realized by PLC, and DeviceNet has been used to attach the hardware and to configurate the network. A set of software has been compiled, and an online tune software named RSTune provided by Rockwell Automation has been used here to do some tune online. With the analysis of each result, the best PID tuning parameters have been acquired, the system has achieved the constant pressure control as excepted.
